In this film, we let the current residents speak, sharing personal stories about their lives at this unique estate. We take potential buyers on a journey through the stunning surroundings, visit local entrepreneurs, and sample regional products. In doing so, we don’t just paint a picture of the property but of the lifestyle it offers. All of this is presented in a playful yet professional manner by our experienced real estate agent, Dolf Sluiters.

Every property has its own story, approach, and tone of voice. For this estate, we chose a partly humorous approach, which perfectly matched the character of the property and the desires of the sellers. The short documentary was the centerpiece of an extensive social media campaign, which has now been viewed more than 120,000 times. The result? Within three weeks, we received an offer the sellers were excited to accept.
