Redevelopment of estate and sale of flats

Farm de Broedersbouw is one of the largest farms in the Beemster. To preserve this dilapidated building, Gallery Makelaars created a redevelopment plan for the owner.

The estate was restored and redecorated. Nine flats were built in the farmhouse. By creating added value from the start, the flats could be sold for a good price per square metre.
